Responsibilities In this high profile position that is integral to our long term success, you will lead and manage a team of Auto Part Counter Professionals working in our Denver call center. This position provides leadership and sets clear individual and group expectations to successfully achieve the business objectives of the team. This position directs and monitors the work of a team of in house customer service representatives as well as off-site team members. The Call Center Manager will demonstrate success through accurate, professional, exceeding expectations customer service as well as the ability to create a positive team oriented work environment.
