You will be responsible for scheduling, cash management, and customer service and employee training. You will develop strategies to meet your customers’ needs and make NAPA their parts store. You will work closely with your outside salesperson to maintain customer service and store expectations. We will rely on your abilities to manage while providing the knowledge and tools to meet sales expectations.
