We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to be the Centers first line customer relations’ representative. This position is 100% commissionable. Earning Potential: $50k - $100k Key responsibilities include: Receiving customers’ vehicles in for repair, writing the repair orders, dispatching the job to the technician, providing estimates, and selling additional repairs as needed Handling minor customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner and personally turn over to management any complaints that cannot be resolved Answering incoming calls to schedule service appointments and make outbound calls to prior customer as assigned by management Support lead generation by providing qualified leads to other AAA Arizona business lines that include Travel, Insurance, Automotive and Financial
