Outside Sales Representative

Details: Outside Sales Representative POSITION SUMMARY:The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for driving existing business relationships, developing new commercial partnerships and effectively working with the retail, service and commercial teams in approximately 5-7 PBY locations.  The Outside Sales Representative is expected to establish a minimum of 10 focus accounts and a minimum of 24 new quality accounts each year for each PBY location within an assigned area. The Outside Sales Representative is required to report to the scheduled store each day of the week. Discuss sales opportunities and current account support and new account opportunities with CSM and RM.As Leaders, all Outside Sales Representatives are Expected to Drive These Five Priorities-    1.  Associates    2.  Customers    3.  Sales    4.  Profits    5.  GrowthESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales, Profit and Productivity Commercial Pricing Plans Sell promotional items  Customer Service Safety, Loss Prevention, and Procedural Compliance Operational Compliance  Administrative Duties  Additional Responsibilities
