Details: Qualifications: Bachelors in Business preferred. 4-6 years of experience with Sales in National Account Management. Previous experience in National Account field sales at the HQ level. Knowledge of Distribution and the Automotive Aftermarket industry. Demonstrated account management experience - hands-on, dynamic, aggressive business leader. Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to drive new business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships. Excellent skills in persuasion and negotiation. Effective communicator and listener. Ability to tailor approach to audience. Good public/group speaker and/or presenter. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strategic thinker - demonstrated, numbers-driven performance record: meeting commitments with the highest levels of ethics and integrity. Ability to take initiative - positions self as a champion and will push to set plans and reach goals. Skilled at managing information - within a sales team, customers and the company.
